In breaking news of the totally filling in time doing nothing type ...

Australia has banned a new video game about a tyrannical government suppressing freedom of expression.

Is it just me, or does that not define irony.  Full story here.

In other breaking news, TomKat have arrived in Australia for Kerry Packer's funeral tomorrow.  I was so hoping the stories of their breakup were true.  I'd like to punch that smirk right off his face, smarmy little bastard.

But video games where people are hacked apart, blown up, and run down with race cars are OK? (boggles)
Boggling right there with you. I thought this quote from the game's creator, "It’s about sharing a fictional tale set in a futuristic city where freedom of expression has been suppressed by a corrupt government and how one young man is able to change his world by picking up a pen instead of a gun", summed up everything that was right with the game, but then I remembered I already live in a country where freedom of expression is suppressed by a neo-con corrupt government.
